I have been with the company for 15 years and before joining I served 10 years with HM Submarine Service which enabled me to travel the world and experience many different walks of life.

I have 3 children, a good lady to look after me and my hobbies include american trucks, bikes and travel.

My aim and priority at Mandarin is to provide superb products at great prices for you, the customer.

Hi, I'm Adrian,I am responsible for the quality control of your products. Along with the other members of the machinery team we look after the whole aspect of production. I have been with the company over 20 years with the first 10 years of my career carrying out an engineering scholarship at a local manufacturing plant.

I have two children and enjoy taking my new caravan away at weekends , vw camper vans and diy.

Hi, I'm Audrey,I have been with the company since day one and always worked in the packaging side of the firm. I am retired now but pop into work whenever the urge takes me. I now spend most of my time crafting with the products from Mandarin but will also admit to spending quite alot of money with create and craft.

I am married to Malcolm and enjoy our meals out and travel.

Hi, I'm Ben,I assist Adrian and Leighton with the production of your products. I have been with the company 2 years and thoroughly enjoy the long hours ( and overtime ) that I work.

I have a baby boy and my although I am not a crafter, my girlfriend is always happy when I bring home new card ideas for her to enjoy. I also enjoy playing my guitar and listening to live music.

Hi I'm DebbieI am the friendly voice you will hear on the phone and have the role of administration, order processing and general enquiries. I have been involved in the craft industry for 18 years, and have enjoyed every moment of it.

I am mother to 2 grown up sons and have a great partner who shares my life and my interests. I take part in many craft activities and enjoy sharing ideas with friends and family.

Hi I'm Julie,I am part of the designing team and have an ideal job using Mandarin's quality products to design new projects.

I have been in the craft industry for 11 years and have been inspired by the availability and quality of the materials I work with. 

I have 2 children and  share my life with my partner of 20 years.  

Hi, I'm Leighton,Production is my area of expertise. I have been with the company over 10 years now and still enjoy producing a great new product. Every day is different as we just dont know what our design team will come up with next.

I enjoy rugby, going to the gym and mountain biking - basically a fitness guru !

Hi I'm Mair,My role within the company is designer. I enjoy bringing new ideas to production and it is fantastic when an idea in my mind ends up as a real life touchable product. I have been involved in craft for at least 22 years and love the challenge this job brings me.

As a child I lived on a farm with 7 siblings which gave me an early interest in crafts, as you can imagine, money was tight and making things was a way of life. I now have 2 grown up boys, whom although don't share my interests are very supportive and enjoy seeing latest ideas being used by other crafters.

Hi, I'm Malcolm,I have been making Dies and die cutting since the early Roman times ! The boys treat me as an oldtimer but they still learn a few tricks from me now and again. I am just past retirement age but will stay with the company until the enjoyment of work fades.

I have been married to my good wife Audrey for over 40 years and we enjoy eating out, Las Vegas and our 1961 mini.

Hi, I'm Tina,I am the accountancy brains of the outfit, I look after the money in and money out and ensure that the company runs profitably and correctly. I have been with company 7 years and I love the free craft products I receive as I enjoy making cards when I am away in my motorhome.

Hi, I'm Tony,I am the latest edition to the company. I have been here 6 months and already I have learnt so much. I am being trained in production and really enjoy my role.

I have two small children and I am an avid diy'er as I love to use my hands. I may even start crafting !!
